The Urgent Care Clinic in Warrnambool has a fully furnished, light-filled consulting
room available for sessional lease.  The room would suit:

• Visiting medical or surgical specialists.
• Allied Health Practitioners – especially diabetes educators, physiotherapists
  and occupational therapists.
• Acupuncturist.
• Remedial massage.

Our rooms are wheelchair accessible with both on-site and street parking available.
Lease details:

• Good size room with workstation, sink and storage cupboards
• Small waiting area
• Access to gally kitchen, staff room and bathroom facilities
• Wi-Fi
• Split heating/cooling system

Sessional lease can be negotiated at a starting point of $150 + GST per day.
